EXCHANGE POLICY

At VAYYA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to variations in screen displays, lighting during photoshoots, and device settings, the color or texture of the item you receive may slightly differ from what appears online. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges based on color or appearance variations.

If the size of your item is incorrect and does not match your order instructions, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. Please ensure the correct size details are clearly provided when making the request.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide accurate details regarding the sizing issue.

RETURNS OR IN-STORE EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered. Refunds are only available if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After shipment, our standard exchange policy applies.
